A US-based startup founded by serial entrepreneurs with successful exits, backed by major industry investors. Product: A decentralized AI compute network aggregating GPUs from around the world, a fast, cost-efficient alternative to centralized cloud providers. Responsibilities: be the bridge between network participants and the core engineering team, triage and resolve technical issues (connectivity, configuration, sync, transactions), collect logs, reproduce bugs, write quality bug reports, improve documentation and automate recurring support workflows, participate in releases and post-release monitoring.
